Roscommon town has an extremely busy main street. This will test your hazard awareness and anticipation. We also find a large number of roundabouts here in Roscommon but only one set of traffic lights. There is no dual carriageway or higher speed roads.
It is important to maintain good, safe progress and to observe correctly at roundabouts and (the numerous) pedestrian crossings. The test manoeuvres are conducted in quiet estates.
A two hour pretest allows to cover most of the all important routes and give us the best possible chance of passing.
